Looking historically, November 2024, there was a deal for Microsoft 365 Family + NordVPN for $68; in May 2024 was Microsoft 365 Family + Norton 360 for $65. Both of these were 15 month subscriptions, as well.

I'm personally going to wait to see if it goes down more at some point. I have plenty of time left on my current subscription (through end of 2026) and worst comes to worst, I am eligible for the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program which offers family for just over $90.
I think Microsoft stopped selling OneDrive storage subscriptions without a Microsoft 365 license.

If you need to renew your subscription now, $90 seems to be the best deal if you need the Family subscription, either through this Newegg offer, or Microsoft directly if you have access to the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program.
Personally, I have some time before I have to renew, so I'm going to wait and see if another $70 deal comes along over the next 8-10 months. If not, then I can always sign up for $90 using the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program as a worst case.
