Wellbots doesn't appear to have a good rep. I'd avoid and go with someone like Costco.

You pay more for better service. There's no right or wrong answer.

My experience with Wellbots is mixed. They gave me a tracking number right away, but didn't ship until almost 2 weeks later.
But the bigger problem was that they gave me a fake tracking number then ship with a different tracking, without informing the buyer, until one day FedEx just showed up with a package.
When I tried to contact them, the customer service email was bounced back as invalid.

So imagine the issues you'll have if theres an issue with the ecoflow? I've just ordered the 18kwh one from Costco because i know they'll take it back if i have an issue with ecoflow.
