Not my personal experience, but here is what I had found when i had looked into them the other week:

But the bigger problem was that they gave me a fake tracking number then ship with a different tracking, without informing the buyer, until one day FedEx just showed up with a package.
When I tried to contact them, the customer service email was bounced back as invalid.
