I don't think these cards come with any sort of warranty. It doesn't appear there's a manufacturer warranty and the GameStop employee told me that they didn't offer a warranty for purchase either. Probably not worth the risk in case of memory card corruption.

Very likely low or rebin Lexars, which is same as to ONN (Walmart) and NEXT (Best Buy).
