This is a quack product and will do nothing to help you avoid being sick.. nor will it help in your recovery.

Are you saying that this product in particular is not helpful, or that elderberry extract in general is quackery?

I'd rather just buy some packs of blackberries instead of wasting $11 on this.

Please elaborate on this. Are you bashing the brand or the fact that elderberry is helpful in boosting immune response. Let those of us that understand elderberry know what you are trying to say so that we can react on this deal. Hopefully you know something about this manufacturer that can protect us from making a bad decision.

I'm sure Elderberries probably have some benefit, but the term "Immune Defense Sryup" is laughable.

Absolutely wrong! It might be good on pancakes. But expensive syrup.

I doubt this will boost your immune system but it probably won't hurt you either so it's a wash. Stress realistically does more damage than almost anything else, unfortunately it's not always avoidable.

I've bought it in the past. Hard to say definitively that it works, like all supplements. My son didn't complain about the taste. If you're worried about your body's immune system it doesn't hurt to try this.
