FYI This company does not support 3rd party sellers like Amazon, I bought one a week ago 3/4 of section 3 did not work they refused to do anything for 30 days stating its Amazon fault their warranty states in fine print they only take products back under warranty till the 25th of December after which its customer expense hence the 30 days. Also Amazon can't send me a replacement till the 24th Christmas Eve

Looking at the listing, Amazon is not the seller, they are. Amazon just ships it. The warranty on their own website even states to put the store it was purchased from, which means they do support 3rd party, which are authorized resellers. They even have a page for wholesale. So, something doesn't sound right with your story.
