model is correct: 3N526LL/A is Pro Max, but screen size should be listed at 6.9"
Might be a mistake in the listing or it's really just the Pro phone.

I would've, but not anymore after looking at the reviews. A user in Reddit claimed that the iPhone they received can't be activated.

Eh, considering it's just pre-owned I wouldn't bite. The condition is kind of up for grabs. My biggest concern would be the battery health.
