Well, you need to put YMMV... it clearly says, "PERSONALIZED DEAL" on your screenshot

This is for you, not everyone.. No offer for me in AZ. Only $2.99 for 18ct.

I can "see" the offer at your link, but there is no ability to clip the coupon.

Only coupon I have is on the 18ct - checked both the Safeway and Albertsons site.
