There's an ikea roller cart that has perforated shelves, designed more for a bathroom.. but I have it next to our stacked washer and dryer and it works well. I think it might be more than half a foot w though.

This cart was gotten during prime day a few months ago and it is definitely not worth it. Flimsy as sin, doesn't hold much at all and if the floor isn't VERY level it can fall over at the drop of a hat.

There's nothing holding the shelves to the supports. If you lift it up, you'll easily pull the shelf off the four bars.
If it fits the dimensions you need, dont put anything heavy, and don't plan on moving it, might be worth the $10. Also, one shelf came broken. Can't beat the price but I'd go for the $30 metal ones.
I ended up using two tiers as shelving under my sink.
