Whereas I'm 8.5 across the board on most Adidas like Boston and Adizero SL, I had to size up to 9 for the Evo SL since the toe box is a bit tight.

I just got mine in and true to size for me. Actually a little loose but I didn't have socks on so I think it'll be fine with socks and I can lace up properly.
