Why don't they allow to adjust the straw position to use it with left handed? If anyone knows the solution, please share it with me. Thanks.

They do, you just switch how you screw on the lid. It's been a feature with the flowstate tumblers: https://www.stanley1913.com/blogs...right-hand

The threading on the lid is set up in a way that it can be flipped to the other side, just unscrew it past the threading and then screw it back in.
In the pictures on amazon you can even see an example where the guy has his turned so that he can use it left handed.
