It was a disappointment for us. All our other vacuums are Bissell, so we enjoy their products, but this one just didn't work for us when we were looking for a nice cordless easy to grab vacuum.
It's bulky, the head is bulky and the suction wasn't very good. It also feels very heavy. We returned it and bought a refurb Dyson v15 from eBay. The difference was very noticeable. The Dyson has way better suction, and accessories. It also feels much lighter. It's like the Bissell is a Zune and the Dyson is an iPod. One is dated and doesn't work well, the other sleek and smooth.

The 280 watt version with extra battery is 199, was 150 until Tuesday but the batteries are expensive so I'd still go that route since the latch seems to break often and you might meed to return it in a couple months.

Snagged this last month during the Amazon Warehouse 30 percent promo, so the "Save with Used - Good" deal dropped it to $88. The front light was something I didn't think I needed it, but it exposes every speck of dust like it's hosting a forensic documentary.
Suction on high is about as strong as the Dyson V10's low setting, and the Dyson is definitely lighter. But the Bissell comes loaded with accessories. Meanwhile my refurbished Dyson V10 only arrived with a wall mount and a charger, like it showed up to the party empty handed.
If you can stretch to the $220 plus Dyson refurb range, I'd go Dyson. But if you're sticking to a budget near $100, this is a great all-in package that includes the extras a Dyson refurb won't give you.

That costco version was also $150 for a while prior to black friday. I bought it but have not received it yet.
yeah bought this to use the powered pet brush attachment for stairs, too heavy and bulky to maneuver properly, the motorhead and brush is farking huge, like comically large. Genuinely don't understand who this product is for cause the suction is very weak.
