I have an older "Visible+ Legacy2" plan at $30 monthly.
Just now, I was about to switch over to Mint Mobile's 12-month plan 50% off ($360.00 $180.00).
I logged into my Visible account to generate port-out pin, but decided to chat Visible support.

Once connected via to Visible support, I explained I was porting out to Mint Mobile to take advantage of their Black Friday annual promo $180 and showed them the URL: https://www.mintmobile.com/phone-...LIMITED-12
After 5 mins, the agent came back and offered me Visible+ Pro for $450 (annual payment), with a $225 virtual MasterCard sent via email. The effective net price is $225.

Chatting with Visible agent no longer required. Use generic coupon below

Although plan offer is higher than Mint Mobile's $180, it works great for me because I require international roaming, which is included with Visible+ Pro. I've also used both Visible and Mint, and prefer Visible.

If you have AMEX offers, you can stack those on top.

I first made a port request (30 seconds). Then I went to chat bot, and clicked through to "other help" three times until I got a human. Then I said I made a port request because Mint Mobile has a great offer, but I'd heard that Visible had a coupon for existing customers for Visible Plus for $225 a year. I told him I'd stay with Visible if I could get that offer. After a short pause, the CSR says sure, I can get you that deal. He said he'd have to escalate and get a coupon code generated, and it might take 30 min to an hour. I got an email a few minutes later confirming this. It was that easy.

I got another email about a half hour later saying the code might take up to 24 hours due to heavy demand.

The USM plan is T-Mobile coverage. This is Verizon that's the biggest difference. No network priority issues and unlimited tether for visible. UW 5G is faster than T-Mobile midband 5G. Neither visible nor USM have 5G SA, only 5G NSA.
