I have an older "Visible+ Legacy2" plan at $30 monthly.
Just now, I was about to switch over to Mint Mobile's 12-month plan 50% off ($360.00 $180.00).
I logged into my Visible account to generate port-out pin, but decided to chat Visible support.

Once connected via to Visible support, I explained I was porting out to Mint Mobile to take advantage of their Black Friday annual promo $180 and showed them the URL: https://www.mintmobile.com/phone-...LIMITED-12
After 5 mins, the agent came back and offered me Visible+ Pro for $450 (annual payment), with a $225 virtual MasterCard sent via email. The effective net price is $225.

Although plan offer is higher than Mint Mobile's $180, it works great for me because I require international roaming, which is included with Visible+ Pro. I've also used both Visible and Mint, and prefer Visible.

Got it. You have to pass the chatbot and chat with the customer service. The person will undergo verification, and it may take a while. The code should looks like BLACKFRIDAY50xxxxxxxxx that been personalized for you

Just a heads up, it took a bit of hand holding with the live agent to help. Initial answer was that the promo was only for new customers, but after explaining to the rep how to elevate the case to get a user-unique one-time code, they were able to get it done. Thanks OP!

Thanks OP. I was able to get a unique code too, but had to wait more than 30 mins on chat and call to get it. I was able to switch plans with the code today, but it'll take effect when my current cycle ends.

If you haven't activated the eSIM or pSIM, you can ask Mint support.

Most carriers expire the SIM card 30-45 days. If you don't activate it, the SIM expiration may trigger an automatic refund.

Best to confirm with Mint directly via chat. If Mint confirms, save save that chat as a PDF, in case you have to dispute with CC company.

Be very careful with this. The reps kept changing the story. Instead of sending me the promised link, they sent the deal to customer support. The customer support person then called me, and the story changed twice. I finally got her to send me an email documenting the deal. I was told that I could switch plans and renew, but they couldn't process the gift card until after the iPhone deal ended on the 6th. I was told I then had to contact them again.
The upgraded plan really only has 1 upgrade, which is 24 international days instead of 12. It comes with watch support but for Samsung, it is only supporting the Galaxy Watch 8.
