If you happen to be doing so while flying across the globe, saving orphans from child slave labor and opening/funding orphanages, medical treatments and schools for them to attend, more power to you - but simply ignoring everyone in the world who is suffering, and justifying it by saying that others are suffering even more is pretty sad.
