i appreciate their hard work, but some of them need to park their delivery trucks properly (not parking on the streets, blocking traffic)

Maths: 7.5 million if each of the 1.5 million employees gets it.
(This includes corporate folks who don't need the 5 bucks).
That's 0.00306% of the head honchos wealth.
