I've had this for a couple of years and it's great. It's literally making rice for our family dinner right now. Paid about the same price.

Made in CN, if anyone cares about quality...

Not saying get this - but this looks to be the korean version:

Only 3 cup capacity though. Heading seems incorrect.

I got this back in August for $79. Absolutely love the quality of the rice this makes. The rice is always perfect! Can be used to make other recipes too, not just rice. (Rice cooker cookbooks and recipe websites are your friend)

I am just curious where on the listing does it indicate that it is made in China instead of Korea? I have this exact model I got in August, and the box and manual both show made in Korea.
I see these on the listing, but not sure where the Made in China portion is, and maybe overlooking it?

Some of the 1 star reviews for the product say the box said Made in China.

For this price, just wait for Costco to inevitably do their $20 off manufacturer coupon on the $99 Tiger Made In Japan cooker. And the new cooker doesn't have Teflon.

I think this is the one with the awful battery you can't replace.

The only fix is tearing the thing apart to unsolder the battery.

Yep, absolutely no good reason to buy a rice cooker without a stainless steel pot pan.

Its all designed obsolescence, the battery and the non stick will fail in a few years all the while you are eating pfoa when a stainless steel one has no reason to break and will last close to forever.

I have been cooking rice with an Instant Pot pressure cooker for years now. The cook time is very fast, maybe 15 minutes.
