Good deal. Good basketball goal for the money. I bought this for my son several months ago for $129 so it is a great deal at $99.

The right price for this. Great for kids or just shooting. 44" is tiny for doing any practice around the rim

We got one of these for free from a neighbor. If you need to just set it and forget it, then $100 is reasonable enough.

Don't park a car within falling distance of these. The base isn't good enough to keep them from blowing over in med/high winds. Water leaked out of base because the plastic seam wasn't welded very good. Had to buy a new bracket because they are designed to break when they crash. Refilled base completely with sand. Thought it was good, but again blew down and still not heavy enough. Bought second bracket (I'm a slow learner). Now we put 200 lbs of cement blocks on the sand filled base and it's been solid for over a year.

What brackets did you get for your hoop?

I went looking for the order confirmation and realized ours is a Spalding hoop. Lifetime might have something similar, but not sure the p/n.

Perhaps you should edit or delete this comment since you don't even have this basketball hoop. Having problems with a Spalding basketball hoop doesn't necessarily apply to every other model and every other brand.
