There is now a PRISM compatibility layer in addition to a lot of ARM specific apps. casual user will have no problems. Have a lenovo with the same chip and can barely tell its not x86 most of the time (except for the better battery life.) Main issue would be some games, so may be an issue if a gamer, though not intended to be a gaming machine.

Soldered ram and soldered SSD, Is the lenovo at $429 at BH a better deal as it has removeable and upgradeable ram and storage to me it seems so.
