I just tried, and nope.
Not for most of us who already used it.
I used to use it a lot but haven't for many years, because for anything new you can go to a store and get almost everything for less. If you're buying used good luck not over paying for the item, and shipping. All I can think of for it's business model now is some form of money laundering...
