That's for gas blowers. Electric blowers for Lawn Women will be excluded, I'm sure.

Leaf blowers are not illegal in California, but the sale of new gas-powered ones is banned as of January 1, 2024, according to this Sierra Club article. You can continue to use your existing gas-powered leaf blower, but many cities have their own local ordinances that ban the use of gas-powered leaf blowers outright or restrict their use by time of day, noise level, and location. Electric models are encouraged as an alternative to help improve air quality and reduce noise pollution, say Business Insider and this Business Insider articlLL
And I may be looking at an old article, seems like they are trying to phase out all gas powered lawn care tools.

I don't know, I spent my childhood on natural lawns and never have seen one. But apparently they exist, since people are buying this thing...
