Edit: to the genius who down voted me, the B series is the dimmest OLED of the major brands so sorry if that offends you.

1). If you want a built in soundbar, which could save up front cost yet provide good sound out of the box without adding to the budget.
2). However #1 does add weight over any LG OLED. But both Sony & Panasonic are weighty.
3). Do u prefer natural colors (Panny) vs punchier colors (LG) out of the box
