Spray in holes up to 2" deep, mark is non permanent, claim to have 250 bursts shots. (insert shape and function jokes)

This seems to be a fun tool to use, which I've been wanting to try since it came out, but not at $15+ for something a cheap long nib marker can do. Pretty sure in the future improved versions, such as can shoot further, refillable, or just cheaper ones will come out. But now it's a good time to grab one or two for funsies, the only benefit I can see is that the spray is easier to clean on some surface, if needed to.

Man... i can't think of a use case where a pencil wouldn't be a better/cheaper choice, at least for woodworking.

I haven't used this, but I'm going to get one to try out. Even though I haven't used it, I can definitely see some benefits (if it works as well as it claims).
First, it's fluorescent chalk so you'll be able to see the mark on almost any surface and easily wipe it off. Second, it shoots out of the end so it can get into deep holes. I have some marking pencils with a thin tip that can go into deep holes, but if the hole is too narrow, then it's hard to get a good mark since you can't move the pencil at all. I was putting up some bookshelves the other day and this would have been great because the shelf was one of those with 2 legs in front and mount to the wall. I would get them level, then try to mark the holes for my anchors, but it was hard to mark one side without the other moving. Having this would have made it a lot easier.
I'm picking one up to try out. I'm trying not to get too optimistic, but I'm hoping that it will be more than marginally easier than using pencils for marking holes.
