INSANE deal! The rule is typically $1/lb - especially with free shipping, this is a STEAL for two 45's.
That rate is for "economy" or what is deemed as lower quality plates. I have similar Cap and Fitness Gear plates and the only issue is that the coating flakes off. Never had the need for pro plates.
