Details:
- Includes (3) Pro 5S 2K Cameras, (4) Rechargeable Batteries, Dual Battery Charging Station, (3) Anti-Theft Mounts and Security Yard Sign.
- Monitor your home and property, and keep your loved ones safe with 2K HDR video quality. 2 times video resolution of HD lets you zoom in 12X to see sharper details.
- HDR technology enhances high-contrast images by preserving details in both bright highlights and deep shadows. Without HDR, bright areas can appear washed out and dark areas can look flat and featureless. HDR enables viewers to see details across the entire image spectrum.
- Setting up your camera is seamless with dual-band Wi-Fi that supports both 2.4 and 5 GHz networks and automatically connects to whichever is stronger.
- View critical details in color night vision for better identification.
- Ward off unwelcome guests using the integrated spotlight.
- Simple wire-free setup makes it easy to install and adjust your camera like a pro with the included mount.
- A wider, 160° view with auto image correction.
- A 30-day trial of an Arlo Secure Plan is included for premium features like 60-Day Video History, Person & Vehicle Recognition, Package & Animal Detection, Custom Detection, Fire Detection, 24/7 Emergency Response, and more.²

Like @dfw6000 said, SmartThings has always worked at trying to make all things work together however that's not the way I really wanted to go if I was going to invest a lot in cameras.
This interested me because it looks like a big discount on clearance, these are from 2022.
"Arlo Pro 5S 2K Spotlight Camera" exact model VMC4360P-1BYNAS
Looked up the Verge mention as they've been pretty good on Smart home stuff for the last 4 years, as far as level headed
https://www.theverge.co
I see this in 2024
"Considering Arlo's cameras once came with a free seven days of cloud storage, this is a huge increase. Even if you bought a video doorbell in 2022 and were paying $2.99 monthly for it, you're now paying more than double that."
"One way around this is to use an Arlo Smart Hub, which starts at $99 and can record video for some Arlo cameras locally. Unfortunately, you lose smart alerts for people, pets, packages, and vehicles, the ability to add activity zones to the camera, and other software features accessible in the Arlo app."

FYI I think the reason I think highly of The Verge on this topic is author Jennifer Pattison Tuohy, she is very good telling all sides of all the smart home questions without bias to me
I don't mind paying for cloud as the things I want in notifications and recording etc are going to be cloud needed and such
If these are still going to be great going forward or if their security system looks good still I would take a stab

You can get some storage functionality if you connect this to a SmartHub or whatever it is called, which comes separately
