If your outlets are horizontally placed, but you still want the lights to be vertical, you can unscrew the cover housing the plug and file off the small little "lock" tabs, then just reinstall the plate 90 degrees from its starting position. We bought 4 or 5 of the two packs and did this with most of them for our kitchen. They look pretty nice at night.

Was this the light-sensor or light & motion sensor version? I am considering these, but they will be on a horizontal outlet in a bathroom so wanted to confirm. TIA!

I see they sell one that is rotatable, but not on sale for the same price.

it was 7.99 2 month ago. glad to buy another pair. the white works great, they look blinded into the wall during daylights and almost invisible.

Just got these the other day and I think they are cool for 7 bucks. Look great in my home theater. Love that they are dimmable. Just note that they are decent sized so don't put them in a high traffic area.
