I couldn't get the correct price to show up in cart until I created an account and then checked again and all the discounts were there to get it down to $36. Looks like most of the black sizes are sold out already, and they mainly only have the grey left. Still going to give it a whirl. Thanks OP.

I don't own this particular style, but in a Columbia boot I size up to an 11 when my normal shoe size is 9-9 1/2 reg. And they are on the narrow side. I recommend trying on in store if possible. You'll likely be wearing thicker socks too. Excellent quality brand though, historically anyway....
