I really don't get the point of this thing at all. Is there really a need to make shot glasses portable to the point where you need a larger steel container to store them? It's not like you can keep the liquid in this thing, so you're stuck dragging along a vessel that contains your alcohol and this thing? Why not just get some disposable shot cups and be done with it?

I use this carry case with a lid to store my telescope eyepiece instead of the shot glasses. It has enough space for foam lining along the inner walls, as well as the bottom and top, which works very well for me. Using two of these means two extra eyepieces I keep on a small telescope tripod tray, where they are safe in case they get dropped.
