Don't know. But I think that depends on which one has better software driver support to shutdown computer.

OK, after looking at this thing carefully, I say this is garbage:
It's 20ms.
No USB connection to shutdown computer (except the $176 one)
Size is small.

Go with EcoFlow River 3 Plus 286Wh for sure.

Only 600W continuous though. Who knows which one of these would better handle transient spikes better, or general sustained loads on a more powerful PC setup which can be in that 500-800W range.

Here's the problem with lfp for ups: without constant top off, actual run time is hard to determine. Keeping them topped off is detrimental to long term life of the battery;

These systems actually benefit from nmc; where you can just charge the system to 85 percent and hold.

Was a little cheaper a week ago on their Ebay store I think. I was tempted but I read a few too many reviews about how devices didn't stay on when an outage occurred.

I don't know about PC shutdown, but I bought 4 to replace my aging APC and CyberPower units. All 4 kept logging false positive of power failure on my Synology NAS every minute or so. GoldenMate's solution was to disable communications between the two devices. One kept going into alarm mode and showing loss of utility power every hour or two.

GodenMate is not a true UPS in my opinion. Might as well get a portable power station from the major manufacturers for better feature sets.

EcoFlow River 3 Plus can handle power usage spikes (not voltage spike as by surge protector):

I wouldn't use this for a PC, since you'll want something with a transfer time of 4 ms. This means that when there is a power outage or fluctuation, the UPS switches to battery power in approximately 4 ms, ensuring minimal disruption to connected devices.

That is extremely YMMV in my opinion. I have many PCs, a couple of Synology NAS units with 32 mechanical hard drives, Proxmox servers with numerous running VMs, a couple of 48 port POE++ switches, firewall, POE APs, monitors, KVMs, POE security cameras, etc. and none of them have had issues when I've tested them on portable power stations with 20ms switching times.

This was my first thought. I don't think it is, and there's no way I'd run an electrical appliance like this that isn't UL or ETL certified.
