Be careful. The phones usually come in a plain cardboard box and are carrier-locked. I've bought four phones from them, including one listed as new. All of them arrived pre-activated, and three out of the four were carrier-locked.

I am seeing 10% off on various selected products listed on vip-outlet's ebay store and this product listed as one of the eligible items (https://ebay.us/m/RuEhbW) but I am not seeing the discount in cart YMMV.

I upgraded from a 13 to a 16e and the phone feels very similar. Lack of a ultrawide lens is a bit of a negative, but I like having an action button and USB-C. It also feels a bit more responsive and being able to use ChatGPT inside Siri is nice.
