When you compare these to mini pc's, price for the hardware you get always favors the mini pc. But when you factor in some of the build quality issues, bios update, and bloatware they come loaded with, it's often worth it to get the mini mac.

Have this with a 512GB drive. It is an absolute monster. Satechi external enclosure with 2TB MSI Spatium completes it. I am also virtualizing W11 via Fusion and the thing barely breaks a sweat. Highly recommend.

Ya and not having to put up with Windows 11 or Linux. But I guess now you have to put up with Liquid glASS which looks awful on Mac OS. Makes me sad. Mac was my refuge lol.
