Just a heads up to first time users - this is not used like regular gum
You lightly chew, pause when tingling starts, and then resume. Repeat.
Meant to be chewed for about 30 mins

Made the mistake of chewing like regular gum on first use and thought I was having an anaphylactic reaction with throat "swelling", nausea , dizziness etc

Never thought you'd need to read instructions on gum!

Never touched cigarettes but there have been studies showing a lot of benefits to consuming some nicotine. The occasional cigar has given a sense of these, gum or patches apparently useful toward this too. https://www.psychologytoday.com/u...f-nicotine

Did you watch that Andrew huberman thing also? Willingly taking a highly addictive substance for theoretical cognitive boosts is probably a bad idea. Playing with fire for little benefit

First time I used it I did the same thing, but I'm also a gum swallower so I just gulped it down without thinking as soon as it started feeling strange.

And I was stuck on a Transatlantic flight at the time.

I was very unpopular amongst folks who needed to use the lavatory, and I'll not expand further. 😆

This is actually why I chewed. Night shift provider needing more than caffeine for that extra focus. Never got addicted, but started having issues with vasoconstriction pain (cold would make my fingers and toes hurt like crazy), and started having kidney pains which I presume was also related to restricted flow. Stopped the gum and the pains improved
