It is. But they're nice cheap plastic boxes. Much better at $26 vs the $35-$40 that they usually are. Don't see this version discounted much.

I have two 3700 terminal and one jerkbait version. They are awesome especially for the 3700 terminal. It contains many small plastic boxes and keeps everything organized.
