It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

The million dollar question is. Does anyone actually have hands on a phone from this promotion or are we all just holding on to false hopes??? My FedEx says still on Route but now delivery tomorrow? I've given up on calling Verizon as 8 hours of my time going nowhere has been wasted.

Anyone have the details on the $30 off per month for 36 months promotion mentioned by some people here? Is there a description of the promotion or a code?

This will qualify for the tmobile promo. There is indeed a device payment that gets an offsetting monthly bill credit to zero out the device payment. When you terminare service by porting out to tmobile the remaining device balance will be due.
Already have T-Mobile account, hopefully I can do the swap in a few months . FYI for speed comparison Verizon on the left T-Mobile on the right.

I placed my order on December 5 and received my phone on December 8. I tried to activate it the same day, but it took two full days to get my PIN number from Verizon customer service, which finally came through today. When I logged into my online account, I saw a large bill due today, with a billing cycle from November 8 to December 7. The total amount due is $376.08. On Nov 8 to Dec 7, I am still at Tmobile......

Yes, even I'm interested to know if anyone got the phone. As others pointed out, fedex site was showing delivery as today, all of a sudden it got updated to delivery exception and returning to sender. I have least hope this promotion will be honored as advertised. Good luck if anyone is still hoping to get this deal.

Sam exact thing happened to me. They told me they won't even refund me the taxes I paid until they receive it back and scan them in.Hours wasted on chat and phone to end up with nothing. Waste of time.

If that's the case why are they still actively promoting the sale on their homepage and social media ads?
Don't know but there is absolutely no reason for the company to pull this when just about everyone placing an order submitted all necessary documentation requested and still have the order canceled. The reason mine was canceled in the first place was because of "multiple order" meaning I ordered 4 lines. That was texted to me from fraud department.

Phones were supposed to be out for delivery today, but I got a random notice from FedEx saying they're being returned to sender. NIGHTMARE purchase all things considered."Due to shipper restrictions, additional delivery options are not available for this shipment. For more information please contact the shipper."
Same happened with one of my friend. Phones were returned

Since they're essentially paying you to use their service for free I'd say so.
Wow this is a great deal

It'll be $30 only. 25 is after auto pay credits that'll kick in later
