It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

To those who broke their orders into one phone per order and submitted multiple orders in order to get $300 gift card per order how much resistance did the reps on the phone or via chat give you? Also, people on here have mentioned a $30 per month discount for 36 months. However, via chat, the rep said they weren't aware of any such deal but did offer me $20 off per month. Anyone have any information about that $30 off per month?

Same boat as you, did you end up returning and reordering? Possible to waive restock fee on unopened devices?
My was on hold and then waiting for verification. Even after verification it wasn't working so called and cancelled. Never received the phones and don't think they tried shipping so will need to keep an eye out on refund

What extra steps did you need to take with visible? I plan to port out from cox and I suspect that could be a problem since cox is on Verizon network
We had to go through the chat since online was saying that the number was already on Verizon. They asked for the email associated with the visible account and the last 4 of the IMEI. It wasn't anything terrible. They seemed like that was all they needed. Now this happened, so be wary going from one Verizon network to another.

Due now:$363 (Taxes on four devices in state of Texas)Due monthly:$165.81, but if you do autopay from a bank account (no CC accepted for the discount, unless you use the Verizon CC vomit ) it's supposed to be $125.81 ($10/line discount). Also, I ended up doing the chat with the rep, and he removed the $40 activation fee on each line, as well as walked me through the process of signing up for the $300 gift card. Took about an hour.
How did you sign up for the gift card

Bad Service:

I placed my order on Sunday the 7th, and it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday the 9th. Three of the phones arrived on Tuesday with no issues, but the fourth one was missing. I called Verizon and was told the fourth phone had been shipped separately and would arrive on Wednesday. (which I had no knowledge of, no tracking, no email notification, nothing)

According to FedEx tracking, the fourth phone was delayed to Wednesday due to an "insufficient address." Then it was delayed again to Thursday, and this morning it was delayed yet again to Friday the 12th. I called FedEx this morning (Thursday the 11th), and they told me I cannot pick it up in person because of the address issue and that there was nothing they could do, they said I needed to contact Verizon.

I then called Verizon and spoke with a supervisor. After a long back-and-forth discussion, he told me I simply needed to wait for the delivery tomorrow, Friday. I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable in my opinion. There are other ways Verizon could resolve this, but instead I'm just being told to wait.

I'm leaving for a week-long trip on Saturday. If the fourth phone is delayed again tomorrow, I plan to return the entire package to a local Verizon store, all three (not activated yet phones), and let Verizon deal with the missing fourth phone and FedEx directly, since the order was incomplete on their end.

Likewise.

I guess I should consider myself fortunate that, not only did my order never ship, but I also never received any notification whatsoever that my order was "On hold (pending further action from you)," and didn't even think to check my order status until the estimated time of delivery came and went; so by the time I placed the call (late yesterday afternoon), the CS rep was well versed in how to handle the situation – I only had to upload pictures of my ID (front and back), and that was that – the package shipped a couple hours after getting off the call… we'll see if it actually gets delivered.
