It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

For me it only applied to one line each time, so I did it 4 times.

Generate pin. They text you in some special text to accept the $20 off, you accept. Check your next bill estimate to see if it applied. Cancel pin, log off, log in (just in case) do it all over again until all 4 lines have 20 off. It will only let you do 3 generate pins within 24 hours, so the 4th will have to be exactly 24 hours later. I tried a 5th time and there was no offer.

Looking to move 4 lines from tmobile . Is Verizon still good deal getting 4 phones (pro ?). How are other discounts stacked like national and others ?

Online they said it is only $300 for the order ?

Any recommendations or suggestions?
Thanks

It's really dumb but they're charging on your first bill for first entire month of service. Mine started on December 27th and first bill was 250 something after activation fees for four lines (160), and yes it shows charge for December (December 27th through January 27th or whatever). But if you look at next bill as projected, it'll be for January to February

I think the best thing to do is except for activation fees not waived, which you should reach out to chat post ordering even and ask for, wait it out and all discounts should start to apply with next bill. If not, then appeal

I asked a couple of times and they applied random promos to my next bill but no activation fee waived. Which I can live with honestly. I don't want them messing with my totals anymore (show 64 per month now somehow)

I have spent 3 days in porting 4 lines from TMobile, They have backordered two lines and started charging $65 per line for two lines with device amount in total around $191.00 per month. They keep insisting the bill is right. Is it worth so much time. I am really wondering how everyone is able to get it through. My next month projected bill is around $350 !!

I asked a couple of times and they applied random promos to my next bill but no activation fee waived. Which I can live with honestly. I don't want them messing with my totals anymore (show 64 per month now somehow)
So I decided to contact them again as my autopay is tomorrow and instead of arguing activation fee waivers, I simply argued that my bill should be the same as my on-going bill amount (which doesnt include activation fees of course) and they agreed! So my bill is way down now. What's interesting is that there was no spike in my next est bill bc this agent credited back as 'Inconvenience Credit' - I believe this was the right categorization vs what the previous agent did in trying to credit Plan charges (which caused the next bill spike IMO).

The agent did say that my next bill is just as estimate and that when it actually generates, it should calculate correctly but we will see. I'm skeptical per the above on the Plan credit, which I think it will skew things but we will see how it turns out - I fully expect to have to make another call. TAKE AWAY: my initial chat was with an offshore person who was not very honest and we got disconnect so it flipped to what seemed like a US based person and this person quickly resolved with that 'Inconvenience Credit'.

HOWEVER, I pushed to also get the $300 bill credit resolved and the conversation was very strange - she insisted that I would get a $300 gift card email in 60 days - no applying for it or anything and that my sales person had put it in for me. I asked for documentation or email and she said she could send anything. It was total BS! Then she is tried to brush me back to a Sales person - at this point not sure they will ever honor the $300 bill credit...

Call them, mention that you moved from TMobile/ATT and you were promised this but the credits are not showing up. Do tell them you can upload your ATT/TMobile bill again if required.
