It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

What do you mean by submission is required to receive the full promotional value traded in carrier phones. I traded-in my phones at the local store and they said I will receive an email later for the Master card GCs.
In my recipt pdf it shows below

Rebate: $xxx Pay Off Your Phone
Redeem by Feb 05, 2026 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification

I after I shipped the phone and they inspected they gave the market value of phone not the remaining payoff balance then I found option to submit rebate in the app or above-mentioned link.

My receipt pdf shows: Device trade-in Account Credit. It doesn't show as a rebate. Most likely they screwed it up and I may need to reach out to them to get this resolved. When I use that link you showed, it just takes to my Verizon account but nothing about the rebates.

I don't see anything that says "activated" but it also doesn't tell me to activate anywhere either... For you does it say "activated" or does it say nothing? Maybe it only tells you to activate if they are not activated, if it doesn't day anything then it is already activated?
The page looks the same whether it's a line I'm actively using or if it's one that's still in the box. I think we're ok.

Did you see the Verizon app image from VN_Loc below? when you go into the Verizon app on one of your phones that is opened, does it show 4/4 devices activated or 1/4 devices activated?

Is anyone's phone already unlocked? I was randomly looking at general info under my settings and it says no sim restrictions.

Now that people are receiving their rebates, let us know what worked for you. If I have multiple lines should I submit each rebate in a totally separate process (and/or with a unique email given for each submission??) or just do 1 submission and use the fields to add each of the multiple lines all on just 1 submission with the 1 email that is in my Verizon acct? I wonder if it's more likely that 4 $300gc rebates would come through by doing them separately? Can anyone that has received multiple rebate 300 cards chime in?

I spoke with an offshore agent. She sounded exhausted. I empathized with her and asked why. She kept apologizing and telling me that she knows I'm frustrated and upset, (even though I wasn't, to the contrary, I was relaxed and calm. It sounds like they're getting a lot of people calling and being rude so I suspect they go on autopilot to deal with the next asshole in queue). She said they are required to work 12-hour shifts and said it was honestly too much. I told her that wasn't right and how badly I felt for her. She gave me a $100 credit to the account for my issue. I would suggest anyone calling to be as civil to these people as you can. There's a lot of technical glitches in some of these orders. Anyway, I called because there was an issue with my rebate. She set up a fix with her manager and will call me tomorrow. I asked if it's one per line or account and she said the rebates are only one per account. She seemed confident in her answer.

wondering if they are dealing with the VZ outage thing too. I still have an outstanding thing on $300 bill credit Sales promised me but they keep kicking it back and forth and no one wants to resolve it. I'm waiting for my next bill to generate and go from there. Curious what other people's first bill was and if the next bill generated correctly to offset anything on the first bill?

I got my 2nd bill today of $420, after $521 in credits according to VZ math. I don't agree with this bill as i already paid $108 last month. These things are super crazy and now have to deal with already tired customer service agents.
