It sounds pretty slick on paper, just keep in mind some considerations:

- Phone sales tax- due at sign up.
- Monthly Taxes. Like someone mentioned can be as high as $9/line per month
- Activation fees. Apparently $40 per line, but maybe you can get waived?
- Verizon has historically said allow 1-2 billing cycles for discounts to appear. Well, if they don't appear be prepared to spend multiple calls and hours to try and get them to honor their agreement.
- This service plan is the lowest unlimited so don't get the ultra wideband (faster 5g) or hot spot.
- to take full advantage of the discount you have to keep the lines for 3 years. That's a long time to be locked in. Theoretical scenario: if you pulled all 4 lines out after 2 years would owe around $1500 for the phone pay offs.

While a good price, I think they are trying to get you to sign up, and then bc you'll be frustrated with the lower plan will upgrade at a significant cost ($40/line instead of $25).

It's equivalent to most Verizon-based MVNOs and Visible's lowest tier.
This reddit post [reddit.com] explains data prioritization for the 3 major carriers and the MVNOs on them.

Here's the taxes for my CA city if anyone's interested

Fed Universal Service Charge: $0.41
Regulatory Charge: $0.21
Admin & Telco Recovery Charge: $3.78
CA State 911 Surcharge: $0.41
CA State 988 Surcharge: $0.08
CA Universal Service PPP Fee: $0.90
Emerg Comm Acc Tax: $3.22
City UUT: $0.28
Total charges per line = $9.29

It's still a really good deal if you're in the market for new iPhones

Now that people are receiving their rebates, let us know what worked for you. If I have multiple lines should I submit each rebate in a totally separate process (and/or with a unique email given for each submission??) or just do 1 submission and use the fields to add each of the multiple lines all on just 1 submission with the 1 email that is in my Verizon acct? I wonder if it's more likely that 4 $300gc rebates would come through by doing them separately? Can anyone that has received multiple rebate 300 cards chime in?
Submit the rebate for each line (I did 4 different orders) and you can use the same email.

All pick up orders show unlocked? The two phones from my shipping orders still show locked. I will check the status of two pickup orders later.

I got my 2nd bill today of $420, after $521 in credits according to VZ math. I don't agree with this bill as i already paid $108 last month. These things are super crazy and now have to deal with already tired customer service agents.
humm interesting - I would have figured the 1st and 2nd bills would have balanced out and be closer to the monthly on-going.

Related to the screwing VZ math, I think it has to do with how they apply credits. Next time ask them to apply as 'Inconvenience Credit' and see if that helps.

Yeah, bill reduced to $400 this morning, looks like they applied $20 credit for the outage they had this week. still, it's no way closer to my math and expectations.

Confusing bill, anybody get same experience?
Yesterday I got 100 outage+160activation fee=260 credit, manual credit by chat agent, it shows up in my bill, so my 1st month bill was 376-260=116 yesterday.
And then I click the 20 dollar credit for outage in app that everybody has.
Today, I see my bill changed to 356 which is 376-20 outage, where are my 100+160 that I saw yesterday?
Will they show up later? My 1st month bill due Jan 28, hope they will show up automatically? Or I have to contact CSR again to push 260 to bill?

Got emails saying "it's time to redeem your reward card offer". When I click the "Redeem now" link in the email it just takes to me account home page but there is nothing for me to "accept the terms and conditions, then click Submit" as mentioned in the email. Did anyone receive these emails for either previous carrier phone pay-offs or may be even for the $300 GCs?

yeah, as people have mentioned, first bill is screwy. My first bill was just as high as your ($321) and I had to argue with them a few times.

Did you happen to take a screenshot or DL your lower bill? Regardless, they supposedly have the chat history (though you can't get a transcript or even copy paste it) so hopefully they honor but might let for the first cycle pass to get things to settle.

BTW, how did you get them to give a $100 outage credit? Did you accept the $20 one they were sending out before?

I chat because have 4 lines so they can give 100 max outage credit, plus 160 activation fee that should be waived.
The weird thing is, 260 credit showed up yesterday and I can see lower bill 376-260=116, so I clicked 20 dollar automatic credit in app that everyone has.
Today, I checked bill, 260 credit gone, only has 20 automatic outage credit, so my guess, does this 20 override previous 260?
I do not know.

It got rejected. I was on the phone with reps, and he only offered $20 for that outage. I asked for more, and he explained that he would like to, but the system is going to reject it if he puts in more, so I just accepted it. There is a rating sent through txt, rate it, and someone gets back at you, and maybe they could fix it.

checked the rebate status and still shows: Based on your purchase date, you can expect your rebate to be validated around 01-15-2026 if all offer requirements are met.
