Nope, noise cancellation on the Pro line is better. But it's still pretty good for earbuds that sit just inside the ear. Nice alternative for people who find the Pro doesn't fit or feel right.

Thank you. In that case I shall remain with my AirPod 1 Pro, bought in 2021. Still works well today but at some point it battery will need to be replaced...and here's Slickdeals

Maybe it was a Black Friday thing in-store then. TV crapped out Thanksgiving AM, so I was buying a TV on Black Friday in Costco. I had the Airpod 4 with Noise Cancelling cardboard claim card in my hand because they were priced at $99, but decided against getting them.

Edit - Sorry, I just realized you were talking about the Target for $69.99.

I really enjoy my Pro 2s. Would definitely buy them on sale if I had Pro 1s that were wearing out. Have seen them get down to the $130-$140 range. Some people seem to prefer them over the Pro 3s, which I haven't tried myself.

Unfortunately I missed the $130 deal. Probably won't come again until next year

I do not know if this costco deal also includes Apple Care, but usually that is the distinguisher with Costco deals. Please check this OP and add if it is so!!! Thanks.
