love my tire inflater. These things come in handy all the time.. especially when you have kids who do cheer/gymnastics!

No, they may be getting it confused with the pistol grip tire inflator. I have the older version of this deal. It's on of my most used tools. Besides inflating pool toys and mattresses, I use it to blow off tools while woodworking, get a camp fire roaring, help clean out a tent, and a bunch of other uses. Would pay full price if mine broke, and I would t pay full price for any other Ryobi tool.

was hoping this could replace compressed air but sadly i find the pressure to be lacking for something like that

This is a high-ish volume, low pressure blower. Not for tires which require a high pressure inflator (that Ryobi also makes), but I already have a 12V car powered unit that auto stops at a preset psi.

I sometimes use it to blow the filter in my Winix air purifier (in the reverse air direction obviously, and after I vacuum it) to extend its life. Also I blow the small conical filter in a stick vacuum cleaners (after I remove most of the dust with a brush, don't want to create a huge dust storm in the neighborhood).

I have the old version which is essentially the same, paid around $5 in store clearance IIRC.
