Such a great show but unfortunately I wish I had never met her she is a horrible person
I'm genuinely sorry you had a bad experience when you met her. Perhaps she was having a bad day as there are lots of stories on the Internet of people who have met her and thought she was wonderful.

I thought she was known to be nice, but who knows?. I have met many celebs and A listers at certain red carpet events, behind the scenes award shows etc. Some surprise you as they are not what you might think in person as more apprachable and nice, others that you may have thought are nice , are not. I used to deal with alot of top sports players. The line about not meeting your heroes does apply with all celebs in case they disappoint you in some way. There is a producer on Tik-Tk Michael Leveavitt that does funny videos telling you which celebs are greatt o work with and not. Check it out. You will be surprised.

I don't doubt a single word you say. This is why I never try to meet any celebs in person and I'll even go so far as to even avoid seeing any interviews with them.

All celebs are playing a part and that role is who I like. I'm not going to risk shattering that image by trying to see what's going on behind the curtain.

As far as my mind goes, Barbara Eden has been living in that bottle for 60 years and the only outfit she owns is that harem girl outfit. 🤷

I greatly appreciate your kind words I wish it had been anything but a bad experience. Having many friends who work in various areas of the entertainment industry and have met many people on both ends of the spectrum I wish I could say it was that she was just having a bad day but unfortunately it was not. I know it's not true for everyone but having been witness to so many fan interactions with celebrities I'm truly amazed at what people will accept from someone they admire no matter how bad they act because they are such a huge fan making excuses for them
My closest friends in the entertainment industry have told me they feel the same as I do when you are interacting with a fan no matter how bad your day may be this may be the one and only interaction they ever get with you so suck it up and make their experience the best it can possibly be
as long as they come to you with kindness return it in kind

She was nice the few times I have met her. Maybe it was you.
I do not know you well enough to judge you nor do you know me so let's keep it respectful
Everyone will have different interactions with anyone that they meet on a daily basis

What you think and what you know are two different things until you come face to face with the truth
It sounds like we have been in many of the same situations
Not definitive for everyone but one thing I learned years ago is with movie and TV stars it is more often easier for them to play opposite of who they are in real life so very often if they are a really nice person they can play a bad/tough guy easier like Kiefer Sutherland with Jack Bauer
Or if they are not they play a good guy like Chevy Chase with Clark Griswold
For instance for me personally my favorite actor of all time is Andy Griffith and my favorite musician Hank Williams Jr but I refused to ever meet them because I had heard they were such horrible people to meet in real life and I didn't want my image of them to be destroyed
In a lot of ways I miss the days when there was no internet or social media when celebrities were more of a mystery to us and we didn't know every single detail of their entire lives

Just as a trivia comment. about 3 years ago now the original i dream of jennie house, along with some famous houses in 1960s-early 70s TV sitcoms, like Bewitched, were torn down. I was surpised they lasted this long but still shocked they were torn down.
