Honestly short of a manufacturing defect these bulbs will probably outlast the solar panel and battery by a large margin. I assume you would need DIY electronic skills to replace those components.

Looking at photos and asking Rufus, they aren't usb-c connectors. You'd think the first commentor would've figure to plug in via usb-c if they could. Has the product been upgraded? I haven't seen a usb-c water proofed connection yet. Can anyone confirm?

I might argue almost all of this low end budget driven disposable solar outdoor lighting always sucks, but not all outdoor solar lighting. The solar panel size is usually a good indicator of where the lights come in between being decorative or actually useful.
