this one does have replaceable batteries... which one's doesn't?

Also as I mentioned in my previous comment, I'd report back on the V82. It's very tiny as expected, the light focus is pretty terrible with lots of bleed. I have no way to confirm the 365nm UV rating, however I have tested it around my home and it does illuminate organic matter, although the center is very visibly bright, leading me to believe that it's closer to 395nm UV spectrum, since 365nm is not visible to the human eye. Also not to sure how good their UV filter lense is either.
The construction did seem to be solid, however it's very light, so I'm sure there is a very small battery inside, not that you would need a more robust battery, since it's a tiny light.
For how cheap it was, I may keep it, but I'm going to look around for other deals while I test it more.
I did also purchase this bigger light from the OP to compare, and I'll report back when I get it.

if the light is tiny, you might be right and no way to replace it.. but i am 100% sure that this battery is 26650 and can be replaced. i'll eat my week old, worn socks if I am wrong! (as long as you trust me to eat them, haha)
