Probably risk due to little/no details on the $250 travel credit. Doesn't share T&Cs anywhere and restrictions may make it not worth. If you did the deal, please share the details

I'd evaluate this solely on the wine. If the wine is a good deal, get it.

The travel leisure club sounds similar to "credits" given at timeshare presentations.
If that's the case, you have to book through their special website. Your "credits" can be used for a certain percentage of the total booking cost (I seem to recall 15-30%), and unsure if that was with taxes or not.
I wouldn't put much stock in these "credits"
