Tried these on laces are sub par. Gel is hard. $13 is definitely a slick deal. Overall fit is average. Would recommend lacing right.

Good for the price. Obviously not Nike or Adidas but I have a few sets of these Avia shoes and I'm happy with them given the price. I have a set I run in regularly with zero issues.
