30-day return window from the seller basically it sounds like. These might just be discontinued/left over stock that's being liquidated. Might be why it's discounted so heavily, since power stations around this size are usually $600 when they're on sale or $800 regular price.

I have done a quick search on YouTube and there are actual reviews (by people and not Ai), including a review from someone I subscribe to and trust his reviews, Reewray Outdoors. His review is for a Grecell model H2400, while General Power is the name used on Tanga. It could be that GP is the OEM, that gets rebranded to Grecell or EBL?

Something of note is that this is actually on the homepage of Tanga as one of their "Today's featured deal" and if you click to this power station from their homepage, the price is $309.99 instead of the $323.99 you see when you click through from this deal. Not sure what that's about.

PSA for those in the market- make sure you trust the company you're purchasing from. With all the lithium ion battery fires (first gen hoverboards, rad power batteries, no name scooters etc) it seems risky to bring something this energy dense into my home or the forest without knowing if its safe. The standards for battery pack safety are are UL 2743 and I didn't see it in this listing.

LFPs are far less likely to start a fire. The risk is not absolutely zero, but it's extremely unlikely.

All the stuff you described is not LFP/LiFePO4.

So say I have a PC that draws about 1000W of power how long will this thing keep it running? Would this work as a battery backup? I currently have a cyberpower CP1500AVRLCD3 Intelligent LCD UPS System, 1500VA/900W, 12 Outlets, 2 USB Ports, AVR, Mini Tower UPS. It only gives me about 45 min of power when the power goes out. So this thing is only 900w more juice than what I already got?

That UPS has 2x 12v 9aH bats, so about 200w. It is lead acid so after about 50% capacity the voltage dips so low it will prob shut off. So you really only have about 100w. This should give you almost 10x as much runtime. Honestly your PC prob wont be using 1000w unless you got 2x 5090 minimum. A 900w UPS can prob run a 900w load for maybe 5min, not gonna get even 10 min.

Even that's dead as well, down to 300w and 500w.

I'm surprised you get that much on your UPS. I have a 900 watt APC UPS 1500S that uses sealed lead acid battery and even when new, the runtime is never as long as it's estimated to last on the little display. My load is 450 watts, and I'll be lucky to get 15 minutes. Based on reviews and what other owners people have said about their experience, that's pretty typical for these SLA battery UPS. The rated capacity is never what you should expect, always far less. They're basically there to get you enough time to safely shut down your computer.

A power station that uses LiFePO4 battery is different. The Bluetti Elite 200v2 (uses LiFePO4) I replaced the APC with gives me real usage, 4 hours of real world tested runtime.

All the same Chinese battery underneath. They are likely making 90% margin on these

thats true i do like ecoflow for 5 yr warranty though other brands are more questionable. meh its ok 20% discount. basically marginal gain. i guess i'll keep the brand returning it would cost them like 50 bucks alone i know.
\the 2048 fits perfectly in my back seat floor area its perfect size. basically. and still enough room for front to go back far enough i wonder how the 3072 whr would fair in dimensions

Ditto, got the email as well that they oversold and to expect a full refund in 3–5 days. Does this company do inventory by hand? A computerized inventory system shouldn't make that mistake, unless it was programmed to allow oversell over what the actual stock supple was.
