For those curious, it is an approximated sine wave device.

I love how UPS makers still stay with AGM batteries instead of stepping into the future with LiFePO4 batteries. Planned obsolescence.

As a manager in charge of assembling and constructing these units not only do we use a AGM batteries because we know they will fail within 15 months to 19 months but we also use the cheapest capacitors that we can possibly source so the unit will fail between 5 and 7 years. Keeps the steady source of income for the company

What companies are selling reasonably priced LiFePO4?

How about the APC Smart-UPS SMT or SMC series?

If that's your goal, then you're apparently failing, at least with the units I've had, where the batteries lasted for much longer than 19 months, and the units are still working after 10+ years.

If there were better guides out there on what, which, and how to swap in LiFePO4 batteries, these would see more adoption.

The easiest way is to get any power station with LFP batteries and plug these into it. Even if the UPS's battery is basically deal, you're just using the fast switchover of the UPS which is then powered by the power station and it's slower switchover.

Or you can get an EcoFlow with 10ms switchover.
