I ordered a few tools from them on 11/29 and they have not shipped them out yet. I contacted them twice and all their response was "your items will be shipped out in a few days".

Can you elaborate on how to get the free charger? I only see a charger on the DCB205C version which is showing $199, is it some promo or code?

I ordered an angle grinder 11/27 .. hasn't shipped yet either. No notifications about delays or anything. Wondering if I should be contacting them at this point. First experience (therefore first impression) with Fasteners, Inc.
