Just bought Milwaukee set from Home Depot with $2 more, which is also 7 pieces. How is that compared to this Bosch set?

Bit different. The Milwaukee has more sizes while the Bosch doubles up on two sizes leaving you without 1/2" or 5/16" if that matters to you. Bosch one is also hex shank while the Milwaukee has a more generic flat sided gripping so you're able to use the Bosch in an impact if that's all you have available and that matters to you (really shouldn't - say no to impact drilling).

Oh, but Bosch has a case! The Milwaukee comes in hard plastic that needs power drill to get into but isn't really a case.

I would worry about cracking the tiles with a hammer drill/masonry bit. I would go with a diamond tipped hole saw, a regular drill, high speed, and water spray to keep the dust down.
