How does the energy part compare to other energy drinks?
I prefer around 100mg per serving because I use coffee, pills, gummies all day at low dose.
200mg at once is a lot for me, but they have it full of amino acids that counteract the caffeine dose and "smooth it out."
I have about 500mg at a day 100mg at a time from 5am to about 3pm weekdays and usually none on the weekend.
200mg at once I need to be starting a heavy workout at the same time or have it with the aminos.
A medium coffee drink with sugar in it makes me feel pretty bad.
So I'd say typical for the category and not extreme.
Just a little reference on my caffeine consumption since it's subject.
Bottom line it's not an extreme drink and the flavors is why you get these.
